Ginger & Meyer Lemon Martini

Slovenia Vodka, Ginger & Meyer Lemon Syrup
• 2oz. Slovenia Vodka
• ½ oz Triple-Sec
• 1oz. Ginger & Meyer Lemon Syrup
• 1 Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Assemble all ingredients into glass shaker. shake over ice; strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.

For the Ginger & Meyer Lemon Syrup:

2 part Sugar
1part Meyer Lemon Juice
1part water
3oz Fresh Ginger, cut into thin strips lengthwise
Bring all ingredients to boil; boil 2 minutes, then simmer for 30 minutes
until ginger has infused the syrup. Remove from heat, allow to cool, strain.
